Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the website and the cleaning services provided by Luna Cleaning Services DBA Fast & Friendly Cleaning Services(“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide commercial, residential, and post-construction cleaning services to clients across multiple U.S. states. Scope, frequency, and pricing are agreed in writing in a per-client service agreement before service begins. Availability in any given market is confirmed at the time of quote.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the property during scheduled cleaning times. Reasonable notice is requested for changes to scheduled service.
Quality and re-clean
If a cleaning visit does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the service agreement. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability and insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Claims are handled through our insurer in accordance with the laws of the state where the services were performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear unrelated to our service, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, the home state of Luna Cleaning Services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts seated in Lake County, Illinois, unless an applicable consumer-protection statute in your state of residence requires otherwise.
Dispute resolution
Before initiating a formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion for 30 days. If resolution is not reached, either party may proceed through the courts identified above. Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
Trademarks and brand references
Any third-party brand names or wordmarks shown on this site are used to identify past or current clients. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
