SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Fast & Friendly Cleaning uses SMS strictly for scheduling confirmations, crew arrival notices, and operational follow-up with clients who have opted in. This program is subject to the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and applicable A2P 10DLC registration.
Program purpose
When you opt in, we may send you:
- Appointment confirmations and crew arrival windows
- Schedule change or re-clean confirmations
- Invoice and receipt notices
- Emergency-line dispatch updates (opt-in only)
We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party messages through this program.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and confirming opt-in (via reply YES, checkbox, or signed service agreement), you agree to receive messages from Fast & Friendly Cleaning at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of service — you may request we use email only.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account and scheduled visits. Recurring customers typically receive 1–4 messages per week; one-time customers receive 1–3 per job. You will not be messaged outside what your account requires.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Fast & Friendly Cleaning does not charge for messages; any carrier fees are between you and your mobile carrier.
Opt-out — STOP
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us.
Help — HELP
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email fastanfriendlycleaning@gmail.com.
Supported carriers
This program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only for the program described above and is not shared with third-party marketing partners. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date.
