Luna Cleaning Services DBA Fast & Friendly Cleaning Servicesis a W-2 employer and maintains active commercial general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. This page describes how to request a certificate of insurance (COI) and how our licensing is handled across the states we serve.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Clients, property managers, and general contractors can request a COI naming the requesting entity as additional insured where contractually required. Standard requests are fulfilled by our agent within one business day. Send the COI request — including legal entity name, mailing address, job site address (if applicable), and any required endorsement language — to fastanfriendlycleaning@gmail.com.

Coverage overview

Our policies are held with a licensed admitted carrier. Active coverage includes:

  • Commercial General Liability (CGL)
  • Workers’ Compensation in every state of operation
  • Commercial Auto (hired / non-owned) for vehicle routes where applicable
  • Umbrella coverage layered above CGL

W-2 employment

Every technician, crew lead, and supervisor on a Fast & Friendly Cleaning visit is a W-2 employee of Luna Cleaning Services. We do not use independent contractors or 1099 labor for cleaning work. Every worker is covered by our workers’ compensation policy while on the job.

State licensing

General commercial and residential cleaning services in the states we operate do not require a state-issued cleaning license. Where a municipality requires a business license, occupational tax registration, or a state foreign-entity registration to operate, we register before dispatching crews to that market.

For post-construction work on job sites that require site-safety documentation, we provide current OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 records for the lead on site upon request.

Background checks

Every crew member completes a criminal background screening at hire, and drivers carry a motor vehicle record check. Records are retained only as required by the laws of the employee’s state of residence.

Reporting a claim

If you need to report a claim, email fastanfriendlycleaning@gmail.com with the account name, the visit date, a description of the incident, and any photo documentation. Claims are acknowledged within one business day and routed to our carrier.
